- informational support in solving social issues of students, in terms of the appointment of social scholarships, payments of financial assistance, registration of benefits, medical examination;
- processing of students educational tracks with a focus on advising;
- calculation of the student rating (current, cumulative);
- interaction with other HSE departments to ensure an effective educational experience for students;
- handling financial, contract and scholarship matters regarding students.
