The master’s programme in Lawyer in Public Justice is aimed at students with an interest in practical or research activities in the field of public justice, as well as related law-enforcement and human-rights institutions. The programme provides students with thorough fundamental theoretical training in all fields of procedural law.
The programme’s tracks provide students with in-depth knowledge of their chosen field of judicial procedure, whether civil procedure and arbitration or criminal justice. Students receive theoretical training in judicial procedure in civil, arbitration, administration and criminal cases in addition to courses on modern jurisprudence in various aspects of material legal agreements. Students will also undergo practical training to prepare common procedural documents and participate in court proceedings.
Graduates of the programme can build successful careers across the legal profession, including in public defence, notarization, commercial organisations, courts, justice agencies, prosecution, and investigative and other state bodies.
