‘HSE University Has Become a Home to Me’

His responsibilities will include coordinating transport, supply, and equipment support, building and facility maintenance, organising accommodation for HSE students and staff in dorms, hotels, and residential buildings, and the university’s procurement activities.
Salambek Dombaev graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University. From 2017, he served as Director of the Department of Corporate Procurements at Far Eastern Federal University, where his responsibilities included procurement, HR record management, hotel services, congress and exhibition activities, and university property management.
Since late 2021, he has served as Deputy Vice Rector and Senior Director for Human Resources, responsible for procurement and HR activities at HSE University.
Salambek Dombaev:
— HSE has become a home to me. I want to come here and give it my best. Safe, comfortable working conditions and living spaces play a significant role in this regard. This is to the credit of the large number of people who work tirelessly to support university infrastructure, attentively and sensitively handling requests from students and staff to improve the working and leisure environment. I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to them for their responsiveness, care, and high level of professionalism in this difficult task. I am certain that we will continue in this spirit to improve the quality of services for the many students, employees, and friends of HSE University.
