On March 4, 2025, a new session of Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) began. SET is a key tool for the university to gather feedback on the quality of teaching, course content, internships, and project work.
Additionally, this year introduces a new format integrating the Student Evaluation of Programme Administration (SEPA) within the same questionnaire. Through SEPA, students can assess the work of academic supervisors, programme offices, and university-wide services responsible for organising the learning process.
Based on student feedback from recent years, the SEPA questionnaire has been updated with specific questions addressing key concerns such as class scheduling, workload distribution, and the internal structure of educational programmes. At the same time, it retains the option to provide both general feedback on programme administration and specific evaluations of individual staff members.
Students will complete this questionnaire (which includes a few variable sections) twice a year, alongside the SET, during the first and third academic modules. This will enable the university, faculties, and educational programmes to make timely adjustments to administrative processes and assess their impact.
As part of the SET in the third module, final-year bachelor’s and specialist students will also be asked to provide updates on their educational and career plans, such as applying for a master’s programme or their preferred employment sector. This information will help in planning admissions campaigns and assessing the positioning of educational programmes.
The questionnaire will be open for completion until March 24—the final day before the exam period.
