Ruslan Aslanov Elected for the Position of Student Rights Commissioner

The election committee of HSE Student Council announced the results of the second round of elections for the position of Student Rights Commissioner.

Ruslan Aslanov will defend student rights at HSE – he received 59.8% of votes in the second round of the elections. Evgenia Kuznetsova will work as Deputy Commissioner.

Ivan Belokurov along with his deputy Roman Kolevatov received 40.2% of the votes.

The turnout in the election of the Student Rights Commissioner was 4.79%, the elections were held in LMS. In the first round the turnout was 18.07%, but then the elections were held simultaneously with the student council elections.

This week the first meeting of the new Student Council will take place, the elected Commissioner will take the office.
