The IT Office has arranged access for HSE community members to the following online services:

MS Teams

Subscriptions for all students, staff, and faculty of the Moscow campus have already been arranged, and by March 24th, subscriptions will be arranged for regional campus members as well. This tool is essential for conducting small group work.

Webinar.ru

Many HSE departments have already worked with this service, so the IT Office is expanding its subscription in the coming days and beginning to create accounts for additional HSE faculties and departments.

ZOOM.US

This week, the IT Office is putting together a webinar for users on how to use ZOOM and organizing ZOOM training sessions for HSE tech specialists. In the coming days, the IT Office will be taking measures to ensure the optimal functionality of this service within the HSE infrastructure.

In addition, the service is ready to transfer trial period subscriptions, during which the IT Office will be ready to purchase the necessary number of subscriptions for HSE users.

Webinar.ru and ZOOM.US are especially good tools for working with a large number of participants (more than 30 people).

The IT Office does not limit HSE students and staff to the above services and encourages them to use any other tools they find convenient. Information about these tools, as well as instructions for their use, will be regularly posted and updated online.
