HSE University to Support Students Living in Dormitories

HSE Rector Yaroslav Kuzminov signed the order 'On Measures to Support Students Living in Dormitories'.

According to the document, all students who decide to return home for the duration of distance learning will be exempt from paying dormitory fees for the period from March to May 2020.
