Changes to the Operation of the Accounting Office

Starting April 6, the Accounting Office will be receiving visitors on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 pm to 6 pm.
During the pandemic, the HSE cash office will not pay salaries and scholarships in cash. All transfers will be made to MIR cards only
Here’s information on where you can send enquiries on certificates (about the payment of salaries or scholarships) and other information, as well as scans of documents.
Scholarships
If you have a question about your scholarship (if you study on a tuition free basis and receive a scholarship to your MIR card), send your enquiries to the Salary Calculation and Civil Law Contracts Unit: std@hse.ru.
How long does it take to issue a certificate and how can I get it?
Certificates are issued within three days after the day of inquiry. You will get an email notification when the certificate is ready.
You can pick up the certificates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 pm to 6 pm at: 3A Krivokolenny Pereulok, Moscow, Room 428K (salary certificates) or Room 422K (scholarship certificates).
