Dr. Tomas Jurcik, clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor at HSE, invites you to attend a discussion on how COVID-19 pandemic affected people around the World, including yourself and the HSE community. The event is part of Mental Health Spring held at HSE in April
We will also discuss strategies to keep yourself mentally healthy during this challenging time. There will be plenty of opportunities to share your experiences. Please note that this is not a lecture or a group therapy session, however, but more of a small community gathering where we can learn from each other. The session will be held in English.
