Ekaterina Kulikova Appointed Deputy Senior Director for Strategic Planning
On April 16, Ekaterina Kulikova was appointed Deputy Senior Director for Strategic Planning at HSE University. Previously, she held the position of Vice Rector at the University of Civil Engineering (Moscow).

At HSE University, Ms. Kulikova will oversee issues related to the University’s external and internal reporting (with the exception of financial reporting and accounting), automation of data collection and report processing, as well as analysis of HSE University’s progress in rankings.
Prior to her appointment at HSE University, Ekaterina Kulikova served as Vice Rector at the University of Civil Engineering in Moscow. There, she was responsible for the maintenance and development of IT infrastructure, creating and developing corporate information systems, developing eLearning technologies, and overseeing admissions campaigns.
Ms. Kulikova holds a Candidate of Sciences degree in Technology and has authored several papers in neuro-semantic modeling, as well as analysis and design of target programmes.
