HSE University Starts Phasing Out Remote Work

Following the decision of division supervisors (the First Vice Rector, Vice Rector, Senior Director, Director, or the Chief of Staff), employees will be able to return to the HSE buildings starting June 16, 2020 to continue critical operations or maintain equipment located on the university premises. Access to premises for other staff members will be limited.
If you need to arrange a one-time visit to one of HSE University buildings, please send a formal request via the document management system (SDOU) to Vice Rector Vladimir Samoylenko three days before the intended visit date.
Employees working on the university premises must wear masks and gloves in common areas. If signs of a respiratory illness appear, employees should seek medical help at home without visiting medical organizations and report this in an email to their immediate supervisor and the Office of Staff and Student Benefits
