HSE.Navigation Now Covers Shabolovka Building

Last year, HSE University IT Office launched the HSE.Navigation app for the building on Pokrovsky Boulevard. It allows visitors to build routes around the complex, scan QR codes to quickly find their way around the building, find out the opening hours of cafes, coworking spaces, and more. Now the app will also cover the building on Shabolovka.
Starting from the new academic year, the app will be available to the students of the Faculty of Business and Management (Graduate School of Business). It will automatically switch from Pokrovka to Shabolovka and back, depending on the geolocation of the cell phone.
‘Now we are finalizing the information on who occupies which offices. In the future, the app will be integrated with the office database. This will further increase the accuracy of our data,’ says Maksim Nemkevich, head of the Mobile Apps Unit.
