On Sunday, we invite you to attend a morning yoga class without leaving your home! The class will be gentle, body awakening, and energizing. To join the class you will need a yoga mat or appropriate substitute: a blanket, a towel, floor... and a mobile phone to connect to the live stream on your Instagram page.
