HSE Rector Yaroslav Kuzminov has signed an order ‘On changes in working arrangements for HSE University staff due to the worsening situation with the spread of COVID-19.’
The regulations state that a maximum share of university staff (at least 30%) should switch to remote work. This first and foremost concerns staff members aged 65 and older (with the exception of those whose presence at work is critical for maintaining operations in their department) and staff members who have diseases or conditions included in a list issued by the Moscow City Department of Health.
Heads of departments should compile lists of employees who switch to remote work and send it to the HR Director.
Offline classes at the university will continue, with students and teachers continuing to wear face masks and following applicable safety rules.
