Until December 25, HSE University will have trial access to the Bureau van Dijk (a Moody's Analytics Company) databases as part of testing organized by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
Bureau van Dijk — a Moody's Analytics Company databases are used in research in the following areas: economics, finance, taxes and accounting, patent analysis, analysis of innovative trends, and more.
1. Orbis All Companies Database — microeconomic data on 370 million private and public companies worldwide.
2. Ruslana Database — data about companies in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
It allows you to find companies using hundreds of criteria and filters, compare companies with each other, and analyze the industry and market potential. You can use it to analyze economic sectors, make lists of companies, and analyze the ownership structure.
3. Orbis Intellectual Property (Orbis IP) is a full-text patent database of private and public companies around the world (131 million patents and patent applications and more than 2 million patent holders).
