HSE is arranging alternative housing options for international students who do not receive standard dormitory accommodations

As part of the student housing programme, HSE University has signed an agreement with the Sevastopol Hotel, which is located six minutes from Sevastopolskaya metro station. The hotel is about 40-50 minutes away by metro from the HSE buildings on Pokrovsky Boulevard or Myasnitskaya Ulitsa.

Student rooms in the hotel come equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a refrigerator. There is a large, shared kitchen and common area for HSE students on a separate floor, and there are laundry facilities on site. Rental prices will range from 17,000-21,000 roubles per month, depending on the number of students per room.

In addition to the Sevastopol Hotel, HSE University has partnered with COLIFE, DOM.RF, and a number of major real estate agencies in Moscow to provide HSE students with a wide range of housing options.
