Over the last two weeks there has been an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases at HSE University. In addition, the Moscow mayor has announced a 'non-working week' in Moscow. So, next week, to reduce the risks for students and staff, the university will partially return to the remote mode.
The classes and exams that can be held remotely (including the Final State Certification), will take place online, even if it will be necessary to make changes to the schedule.
The classes and exams that can’t be organised remotely, will be held in classrooms, but during classes, students and staff must follow all restrictions and social distancing requirements. In large classrooms there can be no more than 50 people (preferably no more than 30). All staff and students must wear masks or respirators.
The format of classes and exams (online or offline) is determined by the faculty deans.
