Voting for Student Councils and Student Ombudsman Begins at HSE University

Voting is available via LMS

HSE University is currently holding elections for the post of Student Ombudsman and for candidates for student councils. Voting is available via LMS until 11:30 am on December 28.

Students have as many votes as there are seats in the Student Council of a particular division. The exact number can be found in the Election Committee group. You can allocate your votes however you wish: give everything to one candidate, or vote for several, giving everyone a different number of votes.

Elections for the post of Student Ombudsman (or rights defender) are also currently underway. The Ombudsman defends students’ rights and interests, as well as mediates conflicts. In this election, each voter can vote for their chosen candidate, as well as rank the others in terms of priority (you can choose as many priorities as you wish, or not specify any at all).

Voting for candidates via LMS is open from December 21 until 11:30 am on December 28. You can also vote via the individual link sent to your HSE University email—click it to vote.

To study the programmes of Council of International Student Association candidates, please see the CISA group on VK.

For more information about the elections, visit the Student Council group on VK (in Russian).
