Humanitarian Aid Drive at HSE University

Since March 1st, 2022 HSE University on 11 Pokrovsky Bulvar has been running a donation point to collect humanitarian aid. The initiative is organized by the university together with the All-Russian Public Organization ‘Russian Red Cross Society’.

In just two weeks, more than 180kg of food from 185 volunteers has been collected. Students and staff have brought food, clothing, personal care products and things for children.

Anyone can donate essential things for refugees between 10:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday at the atrium of HSE University building on Pokrovka.

The following things are urgently needed:

• Dry baby food
• Baby food
• Plastic tableware
• Baby Care Products
• Bedding and shower accessories
• Personal care products
• Appliances
• Clothing for adults and children
• Stationery for children
• Personal protective equipment
• Care products for bedridden and elderly people
• Long-life food

All donations are sorted and then sent to the regional branch of the Russian Red Cross Society in the Moscow region before being transported to refugees.
