‘It's Great to Have a Multifunctional Centre That’s Faster and More Convenient’

The Student Service Centre has been operating at the HSE University building on Pokrovka for more than two weeks. Students and graduates can contact the centre to obtain certificates and documents, get advice on the transfer of English certificates, and solve other academic issues. The service has already processed more than 1,000 requests to date. Students shared their impressions about the centre’s work and the quality of services.

Recently, I and some other students made a promo video for the Student Service Centre. I really liked working with the centre’s administration.  All the details were discussed in advance, the task was clear, and there were few changes. As a result, we managed to make a good video quickly.

Now I’m also an active user of the centre’s services. I needed a certificate of attendance, and instead of waiting for three days to hear back from the study office, it took only 20 minutes.

I give the highest marks to the centre, its creators and employees. Thank you!

I needed a certificate confirming that I am a full-time student. Previously, you had to contact the study office to get one, but thanks to the Student Service Centre, everything has become much easier. Now, you can order the certificate online by filling out a form on the website. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you can collect the certificate the next day.

In addition to the quality and fast work, I want to highlight the centre space: it looks like a mini-coworking area, it’s bright and cosy, and there are comfortable places to sit. It's great that we have our own multifunctional centre for students, but one that’s more convenient and works faster. My assessment of the centre’s work is a positive one: everything is very fast, convenient and clear. I wish them success in their work!

I have positive impressions of using the online service. The interface is user friendly. The processing time of my request was meant to be two days, but I received my document within an hour of applying. I’m satisfied and I advise everyone to use this service!

The Student Service Centre has an excellent location, and it is convenient that you can enter the centre without a student pass. The room is clean, and they offer you water and sweets while you wait for your turn. There are many windows where the staff accept applications and issue certificates, and staff members are very friendly and polite. I liked that despite my unexpected visit without pre-ordering a certificate, the staff didn’t tell me to leave, but provided advice on how to use the service and prepared all the necessary documents. It didn't take much time: all the certificates were printed promptly. Previously, we had to wait five days for them to be prepared. I really like the service!
