On April 4, the Student Service Centre for students and graduates opened at the HSE Pokrovka building. It operates under an ‘all-in-one’ principle and offers timely assistance with documents and education-related issues.
Since the Centre opened, its staff have handled over 5,600 applications for documents submitted by students and graduates via the online service and processed 219 international English language exam certificates.
In addition, the Student Service Centre has processed over 1,500 applications for transfers between programmes and to HSE University from other universities, including international ones. It has also prepared about 12,000 degree certificate sets and Diploma Supplements for this year’s graduates.
In these three months, over 200 graduates have contacted the Centre to get additional copies of Diploma Supplements in English, certificates confirming university studies, and certified copies of degree certificates.
At the Centre, students can order different types of certificates of attendance, excerpts from online grade books, certified copies of HSE University documents, and duplicate student IDs.
In addition, the Centre’s staff can offer advice on how to transfer to another degree programme or to a state-funded place, verify international English language certificates, change the personal data in the university’s databases, and answer any other related questions.
HSE University graduates can contact the Centre for certificates of attendance, additional copies of Diploma Supplements in English, and certified copies of documents. The full list of services is available here.
