Screening of The Legend of Hei, HSE University Chinese Club

The Legend of Hei (2019) is a Chinese animated fantasy film and prequel to the series The Legend of Luo Xiaohei. It tells the story of the wood sprite Luo Xiaohei, who must find a new home after his previous one is destroyed due to deforestation.

Lecture 'The Cinquecento, Michelangelo, and the Pietà Cycle' by Salvatore Parlagreco, HSE University Italian Club

The HSE University Italian Club invites those interested to a series of lectures on Italian art history delivered by art historian Salvatore Parlagreco. The first lecture will be devoted to the Cinquecento period, Michelangelo, and his Pietà Cycle.

Solo Piano Recital with Alexander Klyuchko

11 Pokrovsky Boulevard, Building Z

Alexander Klyuchko is a winner and gold medallist of the Rachmaninoff International Competition for Pianists, Composers and Conductors. He will open the concert season at HSE University with a programme featuring Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, and Prokofiev.

HSE University Blood Drive

The HSE University Armenian Club is holding its traditional Donor Day with Europe’s largest blood donation centre and support from the Centre for Leadership and Volunteer Work and the Student Initiative Support Centre. During the drive, volunteers can give blood and sign up to become bone marrow donors.

The university’s Situation Centre is also reopening this week. The centre, which was created in spring 2022, offers assistance to HSE University students and staff. It cooperates with the Centre for Psychological Counselling to offer psychological support, as well as with the lecturers of the Faculty of Law to provide consultations and legal assistance.
