From March 1, 2023, HSE University students and staff will be able to obtain certified copies of financial documents at the Front Office on Pokrovka.

The Front Office can issue certified documents to HSE University students related to scholarships, education-based tax deductions, and the format and cost of their tuition.

University staff can request certified documents about their salaries and income tax (a 2-NDFL form), their average monthly earnings, their income for the purposes of receiving subsidies, and more.

The Front Office at the building at 11 Pokrovsky Bulvar is located in room M120 (entrance No. 2 on Durasovsky Pereulok). Documents can be ordered and collected from 9:30 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday.

Those requesting documents in person can download an application form in advance or complete one during their visit to the Front Office. The completed form must be submitted alongside the full set of required documents (more information is available in Russian on the website of the Finance Office).

Those requesting documents via email should download and complete the application form and email it to the address specified on the website (the address varies depending on the type of document requested). The documents will be ready within three working days.

Paper documents issued by the front office are certified with the necessary signatures and stamps. Please bring your passport when collecting your documents. Documents can only be given to third parties who possess a notarised power of attorney.

Students and staff can also collect documents from the building on Myasnitskaya (3a Krivokolenny Pereulok, entrance via 20 Myasnitskaya Ulitsa). Documents ordered before March 1 are issued at the Myasnitskaya office.

Those ordering documents about average income must do so through their MyHSE Services Account and specify a collection address in the comments (Pokrovka or Myasnitskaya).
