The HSE Centre for Psychological Counselling, together with the ‘Coaching School’ student organisation, is conducting a free-of-charge extracurricular school called ‘Coaching for Coaches’ at the Voronovo Study Centre from August 11 to 17. Applications are open to HSE students interested in learning how to conduct psychological training sessions.
Over the seven days of the school, students will learn facilitation and mediation methods, familiarise themselves with training theory, and practice their new skills by conducting their own training sessions.
As a result of ‘Coaching for Coaches’, students will learn to develop the structure and stages of a training session, define their individual coaching style, enhance their communication skills, and become capable of conducting psychological training sessions at HSE University and beyond.
At the school, students will meet like-minded people, gain inspiration for creativity and motivation, and participate in leisure events in addition to their education.
If you want to participate, please fill out the questionnaire. The selection process will include interviews. Participation is free for HSE University students.
More information about the project is available in the VK group and the Telegram channel.
