Salambek Dombaev Appointed Senior Director for Human Resources

In his new position, Salambek Dombaev will be responsible for the implementation of HR policy at HSE University.
In addition to ensuring smooth document flow, his activities as senior director will be aimed at optimising and digitalising HR services and facilitating the full transition to electronic document flow in HR management.
One of Salambek Dombaev’s priorities will be to develop and implement HR policy regarding administrative and support staff, including modern practices of staff recruitment, assessment, and development.
HR Director Elena Molodykh has been transferred to the position of Adviser to Rector.
