Digital Economy Indicators in the Russian Federation: 2022
This data book is another publication in the series describing various aspects of the digital economy development in the Russian Federation. It covers the most recent statistical data representing indicators of research and development in ICT-related fields, ICT sector, content and media sector, digital economy resources (expenditure, infrastructure, personnel), public engagement in the digital world. For the first time this publication includes statistical data describing the enterpises’ use of digital technologies.
The data book contains information provided by the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Federal Customs Service of Russia, Central Bank of the Russian Federation (the Bank of Russia), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Eurostat, International Telecommunication Union (ITU), UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, World Economic Forum (UNCTAD), UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Portulans Institute, Economist Impact, GSMA, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Scopus database, as well as results of own methodological and analytical studies of the HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge.
