Data Availability and Access Requirements
Data collected by the RLMS-HSE are available to researchers with access restrictions described in subsequent sections of this page.
Online Registration
In order to download the data you must create a personal login account on the Russian RLMS-HSE server. You will need to indicate the email address with which you registered on the Data Use Agreement.
Data Use Agreement
The Data Use Agreement document must be signed by the users during online registration or signed and mailed to the RLMS-HSE per the included instructions.
Online Download
Data is available for download on the Data Downloads page for registered users. You will need to be logged-in in order to access the data. Please note that the data files are available in Stata and SPSS Portable format and are zipped together into a single zip file per round.
IRB Approval
In order to get some modules of RLMS-HSE data such as "Family planning and Reproductive Health" you will need special approval from local institutional review board (IRB). Please, contact us and request assistance.
