A teleconference with Habarovsk and Vladivostok
On February 26, within the lecture program of the International Laboratory 'Russia’s Regions in Historical Perspective' and the Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation, Soeren Urbansky presented his book “Beyond the step Frontier: A History of the Sino-Russian Border”. The event was held in a new for the Laboratory format of a teleconference with the regional partner universities - Pacific National University and Far Eastern Federal University.
