The meeting of the Dissertation council in Philology and Linguistics

On the acceptance of the dissertations of Inna Sieber and Jannigje Helena Verhees for further review

At the meeting on July 26, 2019 the Dissertation council in Philology and Linguistics made the following decisions:

     1. To accept for further review the dissertation of Inna Sieber on the topic “ASSIBILATION TYPOLOGY AND VARIATION IN SIBILANT SYSTEMS” for the purpose of obtaining Philosophy Doctor in Philology and Linguistics HSE; Not to establish the internal committee in order to prepare a preliminary statement on the dissertation.

     2. To accept for further review the dissertation of Jannigje Helena Verhees on the topic “Evidentiality as part of tense-aspect in East Caucasian languages” for the purpose of obtaining Philosophy Doctor in Philology and Linguistics HSE; Not to establish the internal committee in order to prepare a preliminary statement on the dissertation.
