Meeting of the Dissertation Council in Public Administration

On the acceptance for preliminary consideration of dissertation by Larionov Alexandr Vitalievich

The Dissertation Council of NRU HSE in Public Administration at the meeting held on September 27, 2018, adopted the following decisions (Minutes No. 2):
1. Accept for consideration the dissertation of Larionov Alexander Vitalievich on the topic: “Development and Introduction of Payment Systems' Risk Indicators into the Bank of Russia’s Supervisory Practice” which submitted for the degree of Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration of the NRU HSE.
2. Create a commission for the preliminary consideration of the dissertation of Larionov A.V. composed of: Nezhina Tamara Genrikhovna, PhD, chairman of the commission; Puzanov Alexander Sergeevich, Candidate of Sciences in Geography, member of the commission; Barabashev Alexey Georgievich, Doctor of Sciences in Philosophy, professor, member of the commission.
