Meeting of the Dissertation Council in Public Administration

On the acceptance to defense of dissertation by Revyakin S.A.

The Dissertation Council in Public Administration at the meeting held on January 27, 2020, adopted the following decisions (Minutes No. 1):
1. Accept to defense the dissertation of Revyakin Sergey Anatolievich on the topic: “Electronic tools for acquiring citizens opinions in priority-setting process for socio-economic development. Approaches to the Evaluation of the Effectiveness”.
2. To approve the Dissertation Committee by the dissertation of Revyakin S.A. in the following composition:
1) Dmitrieva Natalia Evgenievna, Candidate of Sciences in Sociology, Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “National Research University Higher School of Economics”, Senior Research Fellow of the Organisation Design of the Center for Analysis of Executive Authorities Activity of the Institute for Public Administration and Governance (Chair Person of the Committee);
2) Vidiasova Lyudmila Aleksandrovna, Candidate of Sciences in Sociology, St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics Head of the Monitoring Research Department, Center for Electronic Government Technology, Institute of Design and Urban Studies, Megafaculty of Translation Information Technologies;
3) Reis da Rocha Alvaro Manuel, PhD, University of Coimbra, Department of Informatics Engineering, Professor of Information Systems;
4) Almeida Ningre de Sa Filipe Alexandre, PhD, Polytechnic Institute of Viseu - High School of Technologies and Management, Guest Adjunct Professor;
5) Rony Medaglia, PhD, Copenhagen Business School, Department of Digitalization, Associate Professor.
