Candidate dissertation of Shagalov Igor Lvovich was defended

On July 28, 2021 was hold the defense of dissertation of Igor Lvovich Shagalov on the topic: “Territorial Self-Management: analysis of preconditions and consequences”. 

Members of the Committee made a unanimous decision to recommend to the Dissertation Council in Public Administration to award Shagalov Igor Lvovich the required academic degree of Candidate of Science in Public Administration.
