HSE Research Departments Invite New Research Assistants
In 2019, as part of our research project plan, a new wave of HSE recruitment of research interns from among the HSE student community has been announced, with HSE research departments offering a number of additional vacancies for research assistants.
This means that HSE offers extra opportunities:
- For graduate and doctoral students – taking part in interesting research projects and experience the work of real researchers in a team of leading scholars;
- For research departments – improving their effectiveness by means of attracting enthusiastic and investigative young people.
The research projects are headed by leading Russian and international scholars in a wide range of fields, from social sciences and humanities to natural sciences and engineering. They will choose the best research assistants via a competitive process. The requirements for the candidates are determined individually by each department. Most importantly, the students shouldn’t have failed academic assignments, and should have a real interest and willingness to learn new things.

Applications for vacancies are welcome from HSE undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students. Starting dates are April, May, or June 2019, upon approval from the project head. Please note that the application deadlines for each vacancy are different, so make sure to read job descriptions very carefully (the latest deadline is March 12).
