Dr. Spring H. Han, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management, has been at the Higher School of Economics since 2012. Her current research interests focus on the hotel industry. She recently spoke with the HSE news service about her teaching and research, as well as the students she advises in a new programme called ‘Experience Economy: Hospitality and Tourism Management.’
From August 1-5, the Academy of Management held its 74th Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA). The Annual Meeting is the premier conference for more than 10,000 academics, and professionals in the scholarly management and organization field. This year it was attended by a delegation of eight representatives from the Higher School of Economics.
On October 3rd Rohit Verma, Executive Director for the Cornell University Center for Hospitality Research (USA), gave a master class for students and lecturers of the HSE and other Moscow universities, as well as representatives of the hospitality business. He also had a meeting with the administration of the HSE Faculty of Management.
