Accommodation in Сosmos hotel

University students can stay in the rooms of the Cosmos Hotel at an exclusive price.
From October 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025

 Check-in time is 15:00  check-out time is 12:00

Accommodation for accompanying persons of the applicant/student is also available for the period from 10/01/2024 to 01/31/2025:

- Accompanying persons can be accommodated with the applicant/student for an unlimited period (no more than 2 rooms can be booked per applicant/student, therefore no more than 3 accompanying persons)

*Only immediate relatives (mother, father, uncle, aunt, brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather) can act as accompanying persons of the applicant/student.

** Additional bed (if necessary) in the room is paid separately - 1300 rubles/day

Reservations must be submitted at least 3 working days in advance. Changes to the reservation are possible until 12:00 on the day of arrival and only in exceptional cases (Hotel "Cosmos" reserves the right to refuse changes to the reservation).  

Documents for check-in:

If the applicant (or student) will live with his parents, then either both passports, a visa, a migration card are provided, or a passport + a birth certificate or another document identifying the student, visas, and migration cards.

Location

The location of the hotel is near the metro station VDNKH which is extremely convenient! Public transport allows you to get to any point of the city in the shortest possible time. The Cosmos Hotel is 200 meters away from the VDNKh Metro Station of the Kalugsko-Rigskaya Line and just 9 km from the center of Moscow. Nearby, there are also stations "Alekseevskaya" and "Botanical Garden". Finding a hotel near the metro allows you to move around the capital, bypassing traffic jams. So, for example, by metro you can get from Cosmos to Red Square in just 15 minutes.
