Responsibilities
- Implementation and analysis of the results (including preparation of analytical tools and materials for university management and departments) of feedback collection campaigns within the internal evaluation of the educational process, including:
- Student evaluation of teaching (SET)
- Voting for HSE University's Best Teachers
- Student evaluation of the educational programme administration (SEEPA)
- Internal evaluation of academic offices and educational program leaders through surveys
- Other mass feedback collection campaigns related to the educational process.
- Analyzing the functioning of feedback collection systems within the internal evaluation of the educational process and developing enhancements and changes to them.
- Interacting with relevant structural units of the university in terms of:
- technical coordination of data preparation for organizing feedback collection within the internal evaluation of the educational process;
- setting tasks for the development of functionality of digital services for feedback collection within the internal evaluation of the educational process;
- monitoring compliance with local regulations regarding organized feedback collection campaigns within the internal evaluation of the educational process;
- Methodological support (including preparation of materials and conducting consultations) for decisions based on the results of feedback collection campaigns within the internal evaluation of the educational process.
- Participation in the development of specific research related to student experience and the educational process, conducted by the Centre for Insitutional Research.
