Responsibilities
The Deputy Vice Rector performs the following duties:
- Organises oversight of the administrative and financial activities of the units supervised by Vice Rector Andrey Zhulin
- Facilitates interaction between the structural units of HSE University under its supervision
- Ensures structural units’ compliance with labour and production discipline, promotes the development of labour motivation, initiative, and employee activity
- Addresses issues related to financial, economic, production, and other activities of the units within the scope of its authority
