1. Assistant

• planning the work schedule of the head;
• preparation of events and meetings with the participation of the Vice-Rector;
• receiving and registering incoming phone calls;
• ensuring effective interaction of the head with the supervised departments;
• record keeping using the automated Management Documentation Support system (SDMS) and the 1C system:Document Management (SED);
• control over the execution of oral and written instructions from the head.

         2. Research Assistant

• under the guidance of a direct supervisor, he conducts research and development on the development of civil society and the non-profit sector in separate sections (stages, tasks) of the topic in accordance with approved methods;
• participates in performing social experiments, conducting observations and collecting information by other methods, describing them and formulating conclusions;
• studies scientific information, domestic and foreign experience on the development of civil society and the non-profit sector;
• draws up the necessary accounting documentation (separate sections) on a topic or section (stage, task);
• participates in the implementation of research and development results;
• provides support to employees of other structural divisions of the Higher School of Economics on the organization and conduct of practical and theoretical classes;
• performs other duties established by the employment contract, the legislation of the Russian Federation, local regulations of the Higher School of Economics, orders (orders/) HSE, employer's orders.
