Classrooms and Computer Rooms for Student Self-Study

According to the Student Internal Regulations at HSE University, following established procedures, students are allowed to use classrooms that are not booked for classes for independent work and extracurricular activities. Based on the current University-wide schedules, computer rooms may also be allocated for independent student work.

You can use any vacant classroom or computer room for independent study.

Information about available classrooms in a specific HSE University building can be accessed in real time through the RUZ portal or HSE App.

RUZ (ruz.hse.ru) is only available through the internal HSE network

If a Computer Room is Locked

If a computer room is locked, contact the dispatcher or the responsible staff member in the HSE University building. Staff contact information is available at this link.
