Mini-conference «Economic Growth at Difficult Times»
Call for Submissions
Department of Economics is announcing a call for applications tothe mini-conference "Economic Growth at Difficult Times" in the framework of the International Scientific Forum to be held in Saint Petersburg on 4-5 February 2016. We welcome submissions on any topic, but we are especially interested in: Game Theory and Decision Making, Econometrics, Empirical Microeconomics, Growth and Development, International Economics, Labor Economics, Public Economics, Spatial Economics.
Undergraduate and graduate students are all encouraged to submit their paper proposals.
Important Dates
Extended Abstracts Submissions Deadline: January 15, 2016
Notification Sent: January 20, 2016
The Extended Abstract should not exceed 1500 words (exclusive of references) and shall include:
Title
Short Abstract (max 100 words)
Keywords (max 5)
Introduction, clearly spelling the motivation for the current research, literature review, and a well poised research question specifying goals of the research. This section should also state the contribution of the paper to the literature.
Model/Methodology section, describing theoretical or empirical strategy to be used in the paper.
Results and Discussion section should describe major results of the paper if currently available, as well as discuss their implications for future research and/or practical policy.
References List (Very strictly: 5 to 10 references)
