Where Experts in the Fields of Science, Technology and Innovation are Trained

An expert in science, technology and innovation is a person who provides scientists and engineers with economic, legal, sociological and managerial knowledge in innovative, entrepreneurial teams. These specialists are already in high demand in such organisations as Russian Venture Company, Innovation Promotion Fund, OECD and World Bank; and the demand for them will grow. These specialists are trained at the Master’s Programme 'Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation' of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge.

This year, HSE’s English-language Master’s Programme in the Governance of Science, Technology, and Innovation will admit its second class to the programme. Students will learn to manage technologies and innovations effectively at all stages of the process, from inception to implementation and at the corporate, regional, national, and international levels. This is undoubtedly an extremely prospective area of study, but this is not the only reason to apply to the programme.

Applications for the Master’s Programme are accepted till July 15 th

In 2014, HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) successfully launched the English-language Master’s Programme "Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation". On the basis of the first enrolment rate the Programme was listed among Top-7 HSE Master’s programmes with the highest competitive selection.
