Foresight and STI Governance, a scientific journal published by the Higher School of Economics since 2007, has become an open access journal on the anniversary year for ISSEK and HSE. As a result of which the electronic versions of every issue of journal will be available on the website, as well as on the mobile applications at the same time as the print version is distributed.
