The workshop in Honor of the 70th Anniversary of Boris Mirkin, Professor Ordinarius (HSE), Professor Emeritus (University of London UK), Leading Research Fellow in the International Laboratory of Decision Choice and Analysis (DeCAn Lab), and Chief Researcher in the Laboratory of Algorithms and Technologies for Networks Analysis (LATNA) was held on December 12-13, 2012.
