The "Indicators of Innovative Activity: 2012" collection of papers reflects the results of statistical studies of innovative activity in the country’s economy. It involves the indicators which characterize the level of technological and non-technological innovations development. These indicators have been developed in line with the OECD and Eurostat international standards.
On December 22 Igor Zadorin, director of "Euroasian Monitor", delivered a report on “Integration orientations of the population of post-Soviet world: dynamics and prospect (based on the results of inter-country research of the project "Eurasian monitor")”.
The last in 2011 laboratory research seminar was held on December 22nd . Olga Gulevich delivered a lecture "The ordinary understanding of justice: cross-cultural differences".
December 15, 2011 LCSR (HSE) organized the conference "Islamic Migrants in Russia, Europe and America" in St. Petersburg. The lectures were given by well-known researchers - Mark Tessler and Kenneth Kollman. This is the first visit of this experts to Russia, where they presented their latest research, hosted in collaboration with scientists of HSE.
On December, 15th, 2011, Leonid Kosals, Senior Research Fellow of LCSR, gave a talk on “Police Corruption and Side-Work in Post-Communist Countries: Comparative Analysis”.
On December 12th and 13th ICSID organised a workshop on experimental methodology in police studies. Russian and foreign experts took part in the workshop.
The Head of the ethnopsychology department in Moscow City Psychological-Pedagogical University, PhD in Psychology, Oleg Huhlaev made a presentation “Nationalism and patriotism in psychological studies” on 15th December.
