HSE International Center for the Study of Institutions and Development (ICSID) and NES Center for the Study of Diversity and Social Interactions held another session of their Research Seminar on Diversity and Development. The event was held jointly with the seminar “Political Economy”.
Tim joined Errol Louis, the host of "Inside City Hall" - a nightly political show on NY1, to discuss a report from the Obama administration that accused Vladimir Putin of ordering a hidden campaign to influence America's presidential election in favor of Donald Trump. Tim also offered some insights into the current state of affairs in Russia and relationship between the USA and Russia nowadays.
On 8 December ISSEK hosted a discussion of best R&D and/or S&T management practices applied by academic organisations. Leading science, technology and education experts discussed conceptual models of R&D management, analysed various aspects of measuring academic organisations’ performance, and debated whether it would be at all possible to develop any universal success recipes.
