On 10.04 a round table was held where SCILA presented its project on communication quality in computer-mediated channels.

On 16–20 February the student conference school Information Technologies and Systems. Bioinformatics took place. More than 100 students from HSE University, Kharkevich Institute for Information Transmission Problems, Skoltech, MSU, MIPT took part in it.

The functionality of state information systems, the quality of data have reached maturity, the accumulation stage is replaced by the stage of developing system solutions. The role of digital transformation in modern public administration was discussed at the joint scientific seminar "Data-centric public administration: effects, risks, barriers", which was held within the framework of the strategic project "Digital Transformation: technologies, effects, efficiency". Evgeny Styrin, Head of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration at the IPAG HSE, made a presentation on "Data-based Public Administration: Key Barriers and Development Prospects".

Their presentation "Correlated disorder - a way to improve the characteristics of superconductors", has theoretically justified the approach which allows to significantly improve superconducting characteristics by using materials with spatially correlated disorder.

On March 6, 2023, the ILSIR seminar was devoted to the discussion of the concept of "cultural citizenship". The report on their research was presented by the laboratory staff - Senior Research Fellow Tatiana Vlasova and Research Assistant Danila Ivanov. The debater was Maria Kozlova, Chief Research Fellow of the ILSIR.
