ICSID researchers took part in an international workshop «Political elites and political rents under electoral authoritarianism: evidence from Russia and beyond» that was held at the University of Oxford, the United Kingdom, on April 3, 2017.
We are pleased to announce that the 7th LCSR International Workshop “Subjective Well-being and Growing Inequality across the Globe” started on Tuesday, 11 April at the HSE, Moscow. The Seminar is organized within the XVII April International Academic Conference at the HSE. The event will last until April 14.
Andrea Di Maio, a Managing Vice President in Gartner Research, spoke about forthcoming changes in the public sector’s digital services, and technology and social trends supporting the shift from e-government to digital government. On 20 March the Gartner’s top manager made a presentation to staff members of the HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge, and the Institute for Public Administration and Governance.
