Tuition & Fees

Semester in Moscow is a fee-based programme for students from partner and non-partner universities.

Scholarships are not available. A participant of the programme is required to enroll in courses for at least 15 credits per semester.

  • Programme fee

    — 11 000 RUB per 1 credit (required minimum is 15 credits per semester).

    Programme fee covers

    — tuition
    — accommodation support*
    — visa support

    *Accommodation support involves help with booking a place in one of HSE dormitories. The cost of accommodation (average 2 000 RUB/month) is not included in the programme fee.
