Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the activities of international organizations in the field of sports. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the content of legal norms of international organizations of a mandatory and recommendatory nature, their impact on the development of national legislation.

Learning Objectives

  • The discipline studies the legal status of the IOC, FIFA and other international organizations. The focus of the study is also the formation of the international market for professional qualifications in the field of sports.

  • Know the special terminology, including in English, used in scientific communications; conduct oral and written professional communication in a foreign language; have the skills to justify and coordinate strategic decisions in the context of uncertainties
