Practicalities
Please note that on 14 June to 15 July 2018, the 2018 FIFA World Cup will take place in Moscow and a high tourist load is expected.
1. Event Venue
The event venue is: Malyy Gnezdnikovskiy Pereulok, 4, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow. The closest metro stations (~7 minutes walking) are Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya and Chekhovskaya.
2. Visa
Citizens of the countries listed here do not need a visa to enter Russian Federation. All others need a visa.
To apply for a Russian visa, you may need an official invitation. Please check with your local consulate whether you need the original or a scan is sufficient. If you need an invitation, please email our organizing committee at neuroling.summer.school.2018@gmail.com. In the e-mail, please specify the dates of your visit and attach a scan of the name page of your passport.
3. Poster printing
You can easily print a poster in Moscow. Some suggestions of printing centers are http://www.funcopy.ru/fun-print-centers, http://en.copymax.ru/ and http://www.copy24.ru/kontakti.html.
4. Accomodation
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation. Booking.com provides a lot of hotel and hostel options in the center of Moscow.
